What we collect

If you fill in the contact form, we receive what you typed: your name, and whichever of company, email, phone and message you chose to give. We also record the page you sent it from and the IP address the request came from, because that is what the rate limit and the spam checks run on.

We do not ask for anything else, and there is no account to create.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are read. It is privacy-first: it sets no cookies, does not fingerprint you, does not track you across other websites, and does not build a profile. It records the page, the referrer, and coarse device and country information.

That is the only analytics on this site. There is no advertising pixel, no session recording, and no chat widget.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. The spam protection on the contact form is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile, which loads only once you start interacting with the form, and may set storage necessary to verify that you are not a bot.

Where it goes

A contact-form submission is stored in a private spreadsheet we control and emailed to us. It is not sold, not shared with advertisers, and not used to market anything to you. The only processors involved are the hosting and spam-protection provider (Cloudflare), the spreadsheet and mail provider (Google), and our email provider (Zoho).

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while they are useful and reviewed periodically. If you ask us to delete yours, we will, and we will confirm when it is done.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Write toinfo@ironovatechnologies.com and a person able to answer will reply.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes with it.
